A remote order needs a shared record that both customer and tailor can understand without being in the same room. Keep measurements, fabric, design and delivery decisions together, and resolve uncertainties before asking for production to begin. Kelly accepts remote enquiries with reference photos, preferred fabrics and measurements.
Ask for the measurement instructions first
Tell Kelly which garment you want and ask which measurements are needed. Confirm units and whether each number describes your body or a garment; do not mix the two without explanation. Date the measurements and flag anything uncertain. A useful reference garment can explain preference, but does not remove the need to agree the measurement method.
Turn pictures into an explicit specification
Send a small number of clear references and describe exactly which features you want. Include views that explain length, shape or fastening where relevant. Separate essential details from flexible preferences. Ask the tailor to repeat the proposed specification in writing so an attractive reference image does not become an ambiguous instruction.
Agree how the fabric will be approved
Record the selected fabric reference, composition, color and pattern. Ask what sample or additional information can be provided before approval and whether there is a cost. Screen appearance alone cannot guarantee a color match. Discuss care and current availability, especially if you are trying to match an existing garment. Confirm a replacement rather than silently accepting a substitute.

Confirm total, timing and delivery
Request the final garment total, payment terms, production schedule, destination and separate shipping charge. Kelly ships within China and internationally. Ask who will handle questions after arrival and how any adjustment will be discussed. Do not assume a remote order includes an in-person fitting or free return transport; agree the actual arrangements before paying.
Review saved measurements before reordering
Kelly keeps measurements for repeat orders from abroad. Say when your body measurements, preferred fit or usual clothing layers have changed. Reconfirm the fabric and design rather than sending only “same again.” Save the approved summary and any later change in one thread. For a useful final check, read back garment, quantity, fabric, measurements, total, dispatch plan and destination before authorizing the order.
